Tendon modified components on a simple build and blamed us for their mistake. Our customer demanded a discount due to poor quality, needing to fix the parts, and 6 weeks late on delivery. Tendon agreed in writing and after we paid the bill minus the discount they put the balance into collection. We got the parts built by a new local supplier and they cost less than half as much. Expensive, difficult to work with, and poor quality.

They did exactly what I needed done. It was a small simple job...but I was back to work the next day. Thank you all.

Management is fantastic and they always go out of their way to give excellent customer service!

Michael, in my defense I was mainly a lathe operator. So when Eric handed me a drawing of a milling machine set up I was kind of caught off guard . Just saying.
