Very nice experience besides there was really no waiting area. The waiter was friendly and fast. Lobster pasta was delicious, the clam appetizer was pretty good. And my drink was perfect. Definitely will return. We had reservations first so we got to sit in the very front in the middle with a view of the water. Mother’s Day was beautiful I really enjoyed myself

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. Phenomenal experience. Great views of the CLE. Great service from start “hostesses” to finish” our waitress was great. Food was delicious and they even gave us a special desert on the house for our anniversary. Been a long time since I’ve been to Pier W but deff will be back a lot sooner next time.

Back here again after many years. Still a great location, plus the live piano adds to the relaxed ambience. Food is still great as well, but the bouillabaisse is a bit salty. Portions are good and the chowder's o recommend.

I had an enjoyable experience at Pier W. The food was good—well-prepared and flavorful, though not particularly memorable. What truly stood out were the stunning views of Lake Erie, which added a special touch to the evening. Service was satisfactory, though not exceptional, and the restaurant itself could benefit from a refresh or remodel to match the quality of its location.

We went to Pier W to celebrate my birthday. The food and service was fantastic. We had lobster bisque and crab cakes to start and the lobster pasta (no peas) and bouillabaisse for our entrees. Everything was so good.
