This was an amazing experience. From the time we entered the restaurant until we left the service as impeccable. We really felt cared for. The food was extraordinary as well. Each item was unique. I can't begin to describe the taste and complexity of each item, from the "French toast" app to the cheese cake finale. You would have to try it yourself to believe the culinary wizardry. I had the steak and frites with bearnaise sauce and my wife had a lemon pasta. The salad was large enough to share. We'll be talking about this dining experience for a long time. Can't wait to go back.

Every part of the experience dining at L’Albatros was amazing - from the initial greeting to the goodbye. Our waiter Joseph looked after our every need, with so much help from the entire team - making sure our waters were full, that we had enough bread (can you ever have enough bread?), and that our food was served promptly and expertly. Joseph made great recommendations on wine and menu items, and made us feel so special. And then there was the food. Every dish was so well thought out and perfectly balanced. The salad was so fresh and unique, the steak melted in my mouth, the frites were crisp and flavourful, the brownie dessert was scrumptious. My daughters lamb shanks were so good she did not want to share with me 😆 Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!! Started with a unique bottle of wine we never had suggested by their very knowledgeable sommelier Julian. Everything we had was outstanding. Started with steak tartar, escargot, and the French toast. Which was a savory appetizer smothered in delicious mushrooms with wonderful sauces. We also shared the broccoli salad which was delightful with apples, picked onions, marcona almonds. For entrees my husband got the lamb shank, lots of great flavor. The lamb was succulent and the lentils and Brussels were on point. I had the shrimp pasta, all made from scratch. We finished with the pavlova, which was filled with a tart key lime custard topped with whip cream and fresh berries. Wowzier 😍Benjamin our server was very helpful throughout the whole experience. It’s definitely our new favorite spot, we will definitely be back. The menu is wonderful we wanted to try everything.

Started with wine 🍷 warm bread dipped in fresh olive 🫒 oil then moved on to mushroom French Toast that was scrumptious. Followed with Arugula radicchio lemon 🍋 vinaigrette salad. 🥗 then had veal veggie 🥗 stew 🍲 on mashed potatoes. Topped the meal off with a warm cherry walnut brownie with vanilla ice cream on top.

I usually do my homework when choosing where to eat, bcuz of those hype on google and Reddit, I was expecting a lot. Came here on a Mother’s Day, totally disappointed. Order the dish ppl hyped up the most, which is the french toast and the cassoulet. French toast is just normal, taste like sautéed mushroom with a bit of wine and vinegar with kinda a beurre blanc sauce. Nothing fancy. Cassoulet came out to be burnt. Nothing special like other has claim “best meal ever”. Lamb came with it is super dry, sausage soso, beans not enough of depth taste, mostly salt taste. Duck confit just soso, not like crispy outside moist inside. Pork belly is also alright, just pork belly with salt. If you serve this dish to a French, you probably will get yelled at. Atmosphere is so loud (I read that on Reddit before but didn’t expect to be this bad) waitress are so busy running around and with all the dish and glass banging to each other. I actually feel stressful eating here. Overall food is just really standard, I don’t get all the hype, and now I trust the bad review over there. With this price tag, I would expect a fine dining level with white table cloth, this place is so loud that I feel like I am in a bar. Seriously, I highly recommended to stay out of this place. If you want to ruin your night, there you go!
