Strongly advise staying as far away from them as you possibly can. Me and my boyfriend are trying to buy our friend home together. We had the help of Devin Goschinski when starting the pre-approval process. He was zero help, had no idea what he was doing and set us back if anything. He was constantly losing paperwork. Never calling people to confirm things he was supposed to. At the end he “lost” our initial pre approval. We were 10 minutes from looking at a home and our realor was calling him asking where the approval was. 24 hours prior he spoke with our realtor and said he was making some tweaks and would have our approval over to her. The day comes and nobody can get ahold of him. Then 10 min before the showing he hurt all of a sudden did not have our approval. I then requested for him to send me all the paperwork I had sent him so figure out what was not there that he needed and he said he would get things to me. It’s been an entire month and heard nothing. After speaking with so many others now on social media I have found this isn’t the first person he has done like this. And the computer as a whole has been rated terrible to me since our experience. This has been the biggest hassle and so discouraging. Please stay away from cross country and as far away from devin goschinski as you possibly can.

This place will send five different people to call you within the hour, even after you’ve already established a relationship with the first caller person and even set a meeting to get officially approved. There is no communication between customer service “reps” or hounds……..because even after I told them to take me off their list as they’ve interrupted my evening with my family enough, they sent two more dogs to call me! Horrible, predatory sales tactics. Leave me alone! I couldn’t ask any nicer when speaking to those doing their “job.” You can’t block them either because they each have different phone numbers. I would work with my 5 year old neighbor on a mortgage loan before this company. You’ve lost our business and those we know.

I dealt with Rich over the whole house buying experience. He walked me through everything and was very thorough. I felt he was very transparent and trustworthy during the whole process. He seemed to put my best interest in front of the banks and that what I appreciated most! Thanks Rich!
