They will work with you as long as you’re making your payments and responsive when they contact you. I’m Definitely a happy customer.

Have been with them a year. Lost my job recently and I'm pregnant due in two days. I've made honest payments and always kept in contact. Brandon claiming to be the branch manager called me threatening me and trying to trash my character. Lauren and James have been amazing and have always been polite and to the point. Trying to work with me. But Brandon took the cake as a representation of the company. I can't wait to get this over with.

You know I love this company they've helped me they've been backing me up a lot I had surgery on my back on July 23rd and they really working with me so this company is very good to you know they're very good people I love them like they're in my family

Can't wait to pay this company off. This company doesn't even follow what they have in there contact. There contact say you have a week grace period after the due date. Which they don't follow they call every day once you are a day late.

This business are like most employees use their position of power for their own agendas. I don't know how many are like me. But they used the covid lockdown to repossess my car. Cleveland lock down was lifted June 1st 2020 went back to work on the 5th they repo my car on the 7th employee refused to work with me. Half the time they don't answer the phone then claim you hasn't tried to call them. If you are a person of color, you will lose everytime in business with them
