Absolutely do not recommend CCM. Had a terrible experience with this team particularly Stephanie Smith. They were late on our closing date and we checked in constantly with no notification that this was going to be a problem until 2 days before close we had to get the manager involved although at that point it was too late. Incompetent team that oversells and under delivers.

Worst company we have ever worked with. This company held a septic escrow for the sale of our home. They did not communicate with us at all through the process and then told the buyers to find someone else to do the septic which ended in a big 8k higher than the one we originally got from the company we chose. Then when we caught wind of this we attempted to speak to the company staff and nobody would return a phone call or email. Not only did they not follow the contract that they developed themselves but they also have horrible customer service. I would rate them a -10 if possible. Definitely steer clear of this company unless you want to get screwed.

If you love the fast talking, smooth moving, get you in and out before you know what hit you, energy of a used car salesman with a busted Buick on their hands, then Cross Country Mortgage is for you! But wait! If you’re not happy with your fast talking assigned lender, you tell them you don’t like them and hang up on them, you can also guarantee twice daily phone calls for weeks on end, from different Cross Country Mortgage employees down the CRM pipeline! You’ll never have to worry about them taking your name out of that caller queue. They’ve definitely got the tenacity of a company who gets their training from debt collectors with the wrong number! Highly recommend this Cross Country Mortgage team, especially Robert Heinrich. They’ll NEVER. LEAVE. YOU. ALONE. /end sarcasm. And stop calling me.

Awful communications. Don't expect a response to your question within a week or more. Whether you email directly or through their website, doesn't matter. Best off grabbing the phone and calling, which they don't answer either. Responding to emails is quite difficult I guess, they must be all oh so busy that they can't be bothered to take 10 minutes to respond to a simple question. And don't expect them to share all the information and to be honest with you.

Absolutely terrible. Stephanie Spada (Loan officer) and her team (Cody Miller, Katie Watts, Julee Shardy, Christopher Biasella, Jenna ware, Alexandria sellers). This was a horrible experience with a bank that has such a good reputation, the entire time throughout the process, there was so much headache with them dragging their feet and giving us issues all the way up to closing, no communication until the end of the work day so we had to wait till the next day to know anything, we were 17 days late to close because of our underwriter (Ryan Clark), who took extremely long reviewing absolutely anything, not only that, we were charged an extra $500 late fee from closing 17 days late, when it was literally on you guys, this is absolutely insane, never will I ever refer this bank to anyone. It’s pretty crazy that we were homeless for 2 months because of these people, if you would like a bank that actually cares about you and will make sure it’s done in a timely manner then don’t come here.
