The computers have been down since April of 24. Everything is done manually. Although staff and Doctors are professional even though there’s more writing that has to be done. Without the computers running more errors can be made.

I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid and they have always been a great service to the city of Cleveland , Dr. Landry is the best doctor there

I went to this NEON location on Miles Ave for an eye exam and eye glasses. The service was fine and the glasses are also, although there weren't many I liked from the small collection they had in office. I chose a pair that would go with any outfit. The doctor didn't measure my face thus my glasses slip down a bit since they're a tad wide. Make sure to get your prescription so you can buy some eye glasses elsewhere if you want a nicer pair. This location also doesn't prescribe contact lenses.

Everyone in this office space is rude and have no patience to be working with rhe public lwt along a medical office. I have been coming here for years and I tell you the service now is HORRIBLE. I will be looking for other doctors .fmand my

The Ob department has HORRIBLE customer service!!! I feel they need to tighten up. First off there is no way the receptionist in that department is demanding me to sit instead of asking and the actual doctor DOES NOT know how to talk to people. It’s never what you say it’s how you say things and they definitely skipped that part in life.
