Id bust someone's kneecap for Rob Meers, these guys/gals are first class. I was recommended to this lender through my agent and my in-laws who bought a house through the same agent John Devorich and this lender Mr. Robert Meers. I am a first time home buyer using my Military VA loan to purchase a home. Bob aka Robert not only took the extra time to make sure I understood every little aspect of our agreement but went above and beyond to help me, we were not in a position to pay closing costs etc. We were living in Montana at the time, in two bedroom apartment nonetheless where rent was 3x my current mortgage I got with cross country. Robert gave us financial freedom and it feels amazing. He helped me understand the entire process, I asked for his help looking at home owners insurance and he quickly identified that one I thought was a good deal was an absolute rip off. I did find a solid home insurance company and it was a huge relief to have him take a look and get the nod. He also helped me with a program I didn't even know existed for first time home buying which helped with the closing costs. They went out of their way to help me, my in-laws and all around incredible people who actually care (you don't get that in todays world it's very rare) Thank you Mr. Meers I'll absolutely recommend you to my friends who also want to move to Ohio.
