We were very excited to go to camp here. We did assement june 26 and halfway on first day we get a call from billing that we owe 6200 after we were told it be a 100 week for rec part. My daughter cried all the way home. This billing error cause more damage for our child. We talked to 10 people who all said this covered by anthem. Thank you beyond for missleading for 2 months. Now being late in summer we are shut out of other Camps. I was so dissapointed that you hurt my kid. This is the first negative Review i have ever wrote.

Thought this was going to be a place where I can recover from my past traumas and mental health experiences, but no. The reason of my rating is mainly aimed towards staff members that currently are employed. I did not feel heard or understood whatsoever at my stay. I was extremely uncomfortable and was told by Madeline that I am “the only one being loud” and that I was being disrespectful while explaining I do not particularly enjoy newer people or larger groups. Many times have I found myself dissociating and staff of course noticed, yet did not do a thing. The staff here in my opinion do not treat their patients properly or with care. With opinions I have expressed, I have not felt heard or understood whatsoever. There have been many situations I have shut down due to feeling ridiculed or called out by staff members when I feel I have not done anything wrong but express how I felt. They do not respect boundaries here. When in art groups, you are told to draw things related to past, present, future, etc. If you are triggered, patients feel forced to share their own trauma, when it could possibly be triggering to others or they are about to shut down due to being reminded of those experiences. Asking to talk with the specialist there, and being snapped at does not help at all. Matter fact, it makes me want to curl up and never leave my room again. And the staff comes into the group room and confronts us for not communicating our feelings and what was happening? You are mental health professionals, you should understand the signs of people shutting down or signs of them not comfortable. If we offer to explain without showing and a staff doesn’t even listen, how is it us to blame for “ wasting recourses”? . I felt like I was being talked about negatively on many occasions, also I have heard the desk lady talk about Damir, saying she lacks professionalism and whatnot. All you eat here is unhealthy fast food, and if you don’t want something off the menu, you have the option to mac n cheese. Which in some cases people have something called “sensory issues”, as they might not feel okay with certain foods or textures!!!!!! This was not understood by staff. Snacks are as well unhealthy. I understand the point of this program is to help you understand your current position in life and help your overall wellbeing. If I had to choose between school and PhP, I would choose school. This has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a mental health facility and I do not recommend it whatsoever. Some with less trauma may benefit, others with more, .. may not. We are only children, being put through so much, yet we have all this to deal with. Do not put your child in such a toxic environment. We were forced to write things about our abusers, rapists, and etc. And after having a breakdown, we were told that we still have to do it and that it doesn’t matter. We are just children, we shouldn’t have to be out through this.

We've been through partial hospitalization at Highland Springs, which was not an awesome experience, so I was nervous to try a different one. Beyond Healthcare exceeded my expectations. The staff is wonderful and my child is doing well on the program. Everyone I've met has been extremely kind, and the facility is clean, cheery and pleasant. The therapists are wonderful, and everyone is very supportive. Communication is stellar. I also like that they include yoga. Physical activity is so important to mental health, and this is the first program we've tried that incorporated it. My only advice to parents is to work with their child's school district in advance to arrange classwork, as my district totally failed to accomodate my child. Beyond Healthcare diligently did everything they could (they tried so hard!) but in the end my district was unwilling to work with them. Overall I highly recommend the program. Hopefully we never need these services again, but if we do I would choose Beyond Healthcare without reservation.

The staff here have been a crucial part of my daughter's journey. It has been a short time but they have been very personable and my daughter really enjoys going. They make her feel very comfortable and I am glad we have them.

Beat PHP place I've been to, I enjoyed my time there while learning skills and connecting with people. Everyone there has been very helpful and nice to me. The place looks inviting and modern with a lot of open space. It's definitely something you will remember.
