Never can get a person on the phone, rarely get a call back, on the rare occasion a person returns calls I get argumentative inaccurate information, who funds this place?

Mahoning County Educational Service Center for their online classroom DOES NOT give your child's transcripts to another state or school upon the new school's request. The new school my child was going to and myself even made phone calls, the new school faxed the request numerously to this institute and nothing was ever sent over. Your child will not receive the credits earned and be put back grade levels and start all over again. It was devastating to the child.
