Only went here once for El Día del niños but the atmosphere was welcoming, many tables to go to, music and art. Four stars because some of the art down the side hallways didn’t strike me as child appropriate.

Extremely cool community art center! You can view previous Parade on the Circle floats and puppets and also make art! They have incredibly well-stocked open art rooms as well as set days/times for artist-led projects. All free and welcoming!

I was here for a local poetry conference and had no idea the community art center existed. I think it's a lovely space and houses more than just the arts center and also is home to the Cleveland rape crisis center as well as inlet dance theater. I was surprised by all of the interactive art and also there are huge exhibits from parade the Circle which was a subject for me because I took part and parade the circle in 2011. It was a lovely space and it was also nice to see so many young people using the space too and families during the same time we were. Honestly it made me inspired to go back to break the circle this year and to do more art.

Had fun taking my daughter. Open and spacious big art classrooms. They have so many materials you can use. Hot glue guns and staff willing to help you make anything you can think of.

The Community Arts Center is a fantastic, free, and toddler-friendly space! With four open studios and helpful facilitators guiding art projects, it’s a creative haven for all ages. The exhibits are stunning—visually rich, engaging, and fun. A perfect spot to explore, create, and enjoy a hands-on artistic experience!
