But Clifton was confident after reading the Freddie Mac guidelines, that a purchase was a viable option as well. Sure enough he was right, and he and his team got me closed when no one else thought it was possible. Throughout the process I was very impressed with his knowledge, and he and his teams diligence in tending to issues as they arose.
