UH Minoff Health Center at Chagrin Highlands

I went in on a Monday morning for an appointment and took the elevator from the second floor to the third floor. It was filthy. The first elevator I was in had noticeable grime all over the floor, and a dried-on bloodstain. I took a different elevator back down and it was similarly gross - no blood, thankfully, but there was a piece of chewed gum sitting in the corner. Please clean your revolting elevators!

It was my son's appointment.I went with him.Everything went smoothly & everyone was courteous.

They are always great when I visit. Today they were especially attentive and concerned about my health. They eventually had to call EMS. But while waiting for them to arrive, they checked on my several times, an officer(Robinson) even came by to check on me, he was quite humorous also. The receptionist, the nurse, EKG tech & Doctor were all welcoming. I would definitely recommend. I got my first ambulance ride

I would like to personally thank Tajaney Redd who works at the pharmacy for her awesome customer service and creating a solution for my problem when I thought I may not have had one. She went above and beyond and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.

It’s silly and dangerous that they do not have stairs for the public to use. In order to go up one floor you MUST wait for the elevator. Does not make any sense.
