This place lacks professionalism and does not care about the African American community. Every time I called the phone during business hours it was forwarded to voice mail with no name and I was never able to speak to a doctor or nurse practitioner. The staff lacked empathy or common sense to know how to problem solve nor did I ever receive a call back as promised by my doctor I saw. Do yourself a favor and go to Cleveland Clinic, UH Hospitals or Metro Health they will take care of you faster, answer all your questions and get you treatment faster with REAL doctors and EDUCATED staff. I would never recommend NEON HEALTH to anyone

Nurse practitioner Pamela Clay-Pope is the worst doctor ever! She is very insensitive to elderly dementia patients! She does not read her patients charts to understand each patient. She is very unprofessional. She can’t handle the amount of patients she has. She has no business working in a neighborhood facility which patients are mostly elderly! I can’t get simple prescriptions filled. I am so disappointed with her services and will be moving my father to another facility and doctor. Doctor Carter was the best at this facility! I hate she moved out of state!

This is a horrid place for patients and employees. Ussually Weekends there is an ugly black woman as the nurse. Initially I thought she was mentally challenged but she is just rude and hedious for the sake of it. Most of who I met there besides a few are rude. There younger mop head idiot that works the front rude...this company is despicable the doctors and nurses do care but lack proper pay and resources.

I absolutely love it here they are friendly and my kids have been going here for a while, I like thier flexible schedule and sick call hrs. We get seen as soon as they can get us back usually within 15 minutes. My kids Dr is Dr.Khan she is caring and I won't be going anywhere as long as she is still there.and I adore nurse Patrice!

The women at the front desk is wonderful but once you go to the back it will pass you off my appointment was 2:30 it got changed 3 times when I finally get a nurse practitioner I stayed in the back until 5 pm and still haven't not seen no one I would not recommend this place to NO ONE 😪🤬
